Screening

  • I prioritize safety and discretion, and ask all new clients complete a simple screening form. If you’re unwilling to screen, I am unable to see you.

  • For screening, I require my booking form plus a recent photo sent by email or text. Alternatively, you may send your screening info, per below:

  • Your personal info is stored on an encrypted server and deleted after our date. It is never seen by anyone but me. No bookers/assistants/agencies.

Deposit Policy

  • I require 20% deposit. This is to ensure only serious inquiries are made and I can cover my time and investment for a space to share.

  • Please DO NOT include anything about the date, time, or “meeting” in the note of your deposit.

  • Deposits will be returned to you within 72 hours in the unlikely event I need to cancel. See Cancellation Policy below.

  • Deposits can be made via CashApp, Venmo, ApplePay, or other gift card I approve. I can provide a Bitcoin wallet address for crypto if arranged in advance.

  • Please be courteous and provide my full donation upon meeting. Do not make me ask. Cash donations should be discreetly presented. Whichever method, the gift will be given at the start of our time together. I appreciate you.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • I understand life happens and even the best-made plans can go awry. If that’s the case, please contact me ASAP.

  • I am as accommodating as can be; the best option is to reschedule our date within 30 days. Deposits are otherwise nonrefundable if you are cancelling, or beyond 30 days from your original cancellation.

  • COVID-19 Policy: I am vaccinated against COVID-19. Due to peculiar times, it is necessary for me to exercise an abundance of caution in the best interest of all parties. If you’ve tested positive for COVID, you must wait 10 days to see me, and provide a new negative test before our date. Deposits will be held for a rescheduled date.

Discretion, Contact, etc.

  • Everything we share together including contact information, conversations, and intimate interactions must be kept confidential. No sharing my name with other providers or discussion of our time together with anyone is tolerated. I provide you the same courtesy.

  • If you’d like to submit a tasteful review to TER, I appreciate allowing me to approve your review before posting.

  • I’d love to learn more about you and your hopes for our time together by email or text before we meet. Feel free to reach out after screening and our date is set. I look forward to it!

Rates & Deposits

Gifts sent are for time shared in companionship only; never for services or goods exchanged. Please ensure I am given the full rate at the start of our date to ensure full focus on us throughout our time together. I prefer cash but if approved in advance, I also accept CashApp, Venmo, ApplePay, Zelle, Bitcoin, and others. Arrange using any of these electronic payments in advance.

Deposits are required to ensure your preferred date and time is reserved via the method of your choice. It can be sent by any of the methods above. For FMTY, please cover all accommodations and transportation for my travel.

If you’d like to send an e-gift card for Deposit, just ask! Amazon, Uber, Hotels.com, American Airlines, etc. are okay.

Incall & Travel Fees

If you’d like an incall (a lovely hotel I reserve where you visit me), please include an extra $100 in the deposit or final gift. This $100 will help pay the cost of our accommodations.

If you’d like an outcall, I’m happy to travel up to an hour—please offer to send the cost of my Ubers both ways or parking as needed. If we are consuming any alcohol, I will take Uber no matter the distance. I appreciate your understanding and respect to contribute to this expense.

Your date request will be reviewed by me, and only me, for the sole purpose of verifying your details and our compatibility.

If you have any questions about how your details are used for this purpose, feel free to reach out to me via email and ask. I assure you, I am a private, cautious, discreet professional with a years-long history of cultivating lasting relationships over the last few years in Chicago and various cities. You’re safe with me, and I’m safe with you, or there is no trust established. Without trust, we aren’t doing a damn thing!
